Review of Peer reviews

I liked the peer review process. It helped me notice a lot of mistakes I had made that went right over my head. Somethings I would change would be to have more people review each essay. Each person that reviews an essay catches mistakes that others might have missed. I liked the individual conference a lot. I loved the one on one aspect. It let me ask questions specific to my paper and get insight on the items I needed to fix. I would not be a fan of the group conferences because it would take away from the one on one aspect. I feel like time wouldn't be distributed equally on the papers.
